Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unchanged, and free from any damage or defects.

All original tags must remain attached, and the product must be returned in its original condition.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the purchase date.

Please note that the product must be sent back within the required time through Pathao Courier. Return or exchange approval will be processed only after receiving and checking the returned product.

রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের শর্তাবলী

রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্যটি অবশ্যই নিচের শর্তগুলো পূরণ করতে হবে:

পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়া হয়নি, পরিবর্তন করা হয়নি এবং কোনো ধরনের ক্ষতি বা ত্রুটি ছাড়া থাকতে হবে।

পণ্যটির সঙ্গে থাকা সব মূল ট্যাগ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে এবং পণ্যটি তার আসল অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।

পণ্য ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।

বিঃদ্রঃ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ অনুমোদনের জন্য নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পাঠাও কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। পণ্য গ্রহণ ও যাচাই করার পর রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
